- 1 lb pork sliced in thin strips (chinese style) - 4 tblspoons corn oil Group 2 - ½ cup water or chicken stock - ¼ cup soy sauce - 1 tblspoon brown sugar - 1 teaspoon lemon juice - 1 garlic clove, minced - 1 tblspoon fresh ginger, grated Directions- sauté pork in oil (4-5 min), over high heat, stirring
- add group 2 ingredients, and stir well for a minute or two - lower heat, cover pot, and simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring once in a while |
