Ma Po’s Bean Curd

Tofu, bacon and herbs

Ingredients

Group 1
- 5 tblspoons corn oil
- 3-4 strips of bacon, chopped

Group
- 1 tblspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- green onions, chopped
- 1 tblspoon soy sauce
- salt and red chili powder to taste
- 1 lb tofu, cubed

Directions

- sauté bacon in oil, for -3 min, stirring
- add group 2 ingredients and continue sautéing for 4-5 min, stirring and tossing.
