IngredientsGroup 1
- 4 tblspoons olive oil - 1 large onion sliced and separated into rings - 1 tblspoon minced parsley Group 2 - 1 lb liver, cut in thin strips (chinese style) Directions- sauté group 1 ingredients, stirring, for 5 min or until golden brown
- remove mixture from frying pan and place aside - place liver in pan with left over oil - sauté over low heat until liver done - add onions, mix well for 1 min and serve |
