IngredientsGroup 1
- 1 lb bay scallops Group 2 - 5 tblspoons corn or sesame oil - 2 garlic cloves, crushed - 1 tblspoon fresh cilantro, minced - 1 bag frozen mixed (thinly sliced) vegetables - salt and black pepper to taste Directions- sauté group 2 ingredients, for 5-6 min, over high, stirring and tossing
- remove vegetables from saucepan or wok - in left over juices, sauté scallops for 3-4 min, or until golden brown, stirring and tossing - add sautéed vegetables, stir well for a minute or two and remove from heat. |
