IngredientsGroup 1
- 1 lb frozen baby carrots Group 2 - 3 tblspoons honey - 2 tblspoons fresh cilantro, minced - salt and cayenne pepper to taste Directions- steam or microwave carrots until tender but still firm
- place group 2 ingredients in a sauce pan and simmer for a minute or two - fold in carrots and stir well until they are thoroughly coated |
