Tapioca PuddingThai – Saku PiakPrep 15 min, frig 2 hours / 2-4 servingsa very god dessert

IngredientsGroup 1
- 14 oz small pearl tapioca, drained and rinsed Group 2 - 1 oz powdered gelatin, dissolved in 4 tblspoons warm water - 2 tblspoons sugar Group 3 - ½ cup coconut milk - ¼ teaspoon salt - ½ cup brown syrup of your choice Directions- boil tapioca in plenty of water, until transparent (about 10 min), and drain
- mix immediately with group 2 ingredients - pour mix into pudding molds and refrigerate, at least 2 hours - when ready to serve, turn mold over into small serving bowl - mix group 3 ingredients and pour over tapioca dunes |
