IngredientsGroup 1
- ½ red pepper - 1 clove garlic - 6 tblspoons dried shrimp - 1 ½ tblspoon lime juice - 1 ½ tblspoon fish sauce - 1 tblspoon brown sugar Group 2 - 2 papayas, peeled, seeded and cut into thin strips - 10 green beans cut into thin strips - 7-8 cherry tomatoes, halved Group 3 - Chopped peanuts (topping) Directions- place group 1ingredients in food processor and blend until turned into thick sauce
- pour over group 2 ingredients and mix well - top with peanuts |
