IngredientsGroup 1
- 3 tblspoons sesame or corn oil - 2 large carrot, cleaned and cut into thin strips - 6 celery sticks, cut into thon slices - 1 bulb fennel, cleaned and cut into thin slices - 1 tblspoon grated fresh ginger root - 2 clove garlic, crushed - 4 green onions, cut into thin slices (including greens) - salt and cayenne pepper to taste Group 2 - 2 tblspoons fresh coriander, minced -14 oz coconut milk Directions- stir fry group 1 ingredients, over high, for 5-6 min, or until tender, stirring and tossing
-add coriander, and stir - lower heat, slowly add coconut milk, stirring, and let simmer for 3-4 min. |
