IngredientsGroup 1
1 lb pasta, cooked al dente Group 2 - 5 tblspoons olive oil - 4-5 oz mozzarella cheese - 4-5 sprigs fresh dill or fennel - peel of 1 lemon (rind), finely grated - salt and pepper to taste Group 3 - 6-8 oz smoked salmon, cut into thin strips Directions- place all group 2 ingredients into food processor and blend
- pour over pasta, while pasta is till warm and mix well - add salmon strips and mix |
