IngredientsGroup 1
- 1 lb pasta, cooked al dente - 4 celery sticks cut into thin slices - 2 avocados, diced - 1 tblspoon cilantro, minced - ½ grated parmesan cheese Group 2 (dressing) - 5 tblspoons olive oil - peel of one lemon (rind), finely grated - juice of one lemon - 1 teaspoon French mustard - 2 cilantro sprigs - salt and black pepper to taste Directions- mix all group 1 ingredients
- place all group 2 ingredients in food processor and blend well - pour dressing over pasta mix while pasta is still warm, and mix well |
