Ingredients- 1 lb salmon, skinned, boned, and cooked (steam, fry, broil)
- 5 tblspoons mayonnaise - peel of one lemon (rind), finely grated - juice of one lemon - 2 tblspoons fresh dill, minced - salt and cayenne pepper to taste Directions- place all ingredients in food processor, blend until homogeneous
- optional: garnish with flaked almonds |
