- 4 bananas, sliced (1/2 inch thick) group 2 - 10 oz coconut milk (from can) - 1 cup grated coconut - ½ teaspoon salt - ½ cup sugar - 3 tbspoons roasted white sesame seeds - ½ teaspoon baking powder - 1 cup flour group 3 - vegetable oil for frying - mix group 2 ingredients - heat oil (350 F) - using a fork, pick up the banana slices, one by one, and carefully drop them into the oil - then another, and so on, - turn pieces over when they get golden brown, and remove from pan when golden brown on both sides - place on thick paper napkin to absorb the excess oil. serve warm Directions |
