Ingredients- 4 pork chops
marinade - 6 garlic cloves, thinly sliced - 2 tblspoons hot chili sauce - 6 tblspoons fish sauce - 3 tblspoons brown sugar - 6 tblspoons soy sauce - 3 tblspoons sesame oil - 3 tblspoons dry white wine6 tblspoons lemongrass, minced - 2 green onions, chopped - 250 ml coconut milk Directions- mix all marinade ingredients in baking pan
- place in pork chops, one layer, and marinade for at least 30 min (in refrigerator) - you may grill or barbecue pork chops, basting once or twice, or you may bake them until sauce has thickened and pork chops tender. |
