Ingredients- 1 lb asparagus, cleaned and steamed or microwaved (6-7 min)
dressing - 3-4 tblspoons butter, or margarine, or corn oil - 2 large carrots, cleaned and grated (coarsly) - ginger root (fresh), pealed and grated (about 1 bulb) - 1 teaspoon dried thyme - salt and pepper to taste Directions- saute all dressing ingedients for 3-4 min
- spread over steamed asparagus |
