Ingredients- 16 oz can pineapple rings in syrup
- 6 cups fresh strawberries, cleaned and sliced (about 2.5 lb) - 6 tblspoons honey - 1 sprig fresh mint - 1/4 cup water Directions- place all ingredients in coking pot
- boil, over high, until sauce has thickened (about 10 min) - serve cold, as it is or over ice cream, yogurt or plain cake note: only the content of the can, of course, including syrup note: may be stored in refrigerator for a few days |
