IngredientsGroup 1
- 4 tbspoons oil - 1 lb chicken meat (preferably skinned and deboned legs), cut into strips (chinese style) - 1 level tbspoon grated ginger root - 2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced - 2 tbspoons sesame seeds Group 2 - 14 oz diced pineapple in syrup - 3 tbspoons brown sugar - 4 tbspoons soy sauce Group 3 - 2 level tbspoons corn flour - 3 tbspoons water Directions- sauté group 1 ingredients, over high, for 4-5 min
- add group 2 ingredients, stir well for 2-3 min, lower heat, cover pot and simmer for 12-15min - mix water and corn flour and pour over; stir well for a couple of min serve with cooked rice |
