IngredientsCake
- 1 cup buttermilk - 1 cup water - 2/3 cup oil - 2 cups sugar - 2 eggs - 1 tbspoon baking soda - 1 teaspoon salt - 2 cups flour - ¾ unsweetened cocoa powder Filling - 8 oz cream cheese - 1/3 cup canned pumpkin - ¼ cup sugar - ¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder Glaze - ½ cup whipping cream - 4 oz semisweet chocolate, coarsely grated Directions- Using a mixer, beat all group 1 ingredients
- Pour in greased baking pan and bake, 375 F, for about 40 min (use the toothpick or knife test to figure out when it is done) - Using a long knife or a string, cut cake into two pieces horizontally - Using a mixer, blend all filing ingredients - Apply filling on one of the cake pieces and place the other on top - Mix gently glaze ingredients and cover cake |
