Ingredients- 1 lb dry spinach fettuccine pasta, cooked
Group 1 - 4 tbspoons oil or butter - 1 small purple onion, thinly sliced - 2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced - 1 small red bell pepper, thinly sliced - 1 small yellow pepper, thinly sliced Group 2 - 1 lb chicken meat, cut into strips (chinese style) Group 3 - 2 tbspoons fresh cilantro, minced - 2 tbspoons gold tequila - 3 tbspoons soy sauce - 2 tbspoons lime juice - ½ cup chicken stock Group 4 - 100 ml thick cooking cream Directions- sauté group 1 ingredients, 4-5 min, over high, stirring
- add chicken, continue sautéing, 4-5 min, stirring - add group 3 ingredients, continue sautéing, 2-3 min, stirring - add cooking cream, stir well, 1-2 min. mix with cooked fettuccine, serve warm |
