Chocolate Chip cookies

- ¾ butter flavored Crisco
- 1 ¼ brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 ¾ cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt3
- ¾ teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup chocolate chips

- using a mixer, beat sugar, eggs and butter
- add remaining ingredients (except chocolate chips) and beat until mixture creamy
- fold in chocolate chips and mix gently
- pour mixture into greased baking pan
- using a tablespoon, pick up dough and place on baking cookie sheet
(they must be apart by about 2 inches)
- Bake in preheated oven, 375 F, for about 10 min
- Remove baking sheet form oven, let stay for 5-10 min
