Ingredients- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup sour cream - ½ cup finely chopped onion - ¼ cup margarine or butter - 6 oz can mushrooms - 1 tblspoon flour - ¼ teaspoon salt - dash cayenne pepper cooked rice Directions- sauté onion in margarine for 2-3 min, stirring
- add shrimp and sauté for another 4-5 min, stirring - add mushrooms and continue sautéing for another 2-3 min, stirring - sprinkle in slat, pepper and flour, stir - pour over sour cream, lower heat to low and cook for about 10 min (do not bring to a boil) serve with cooked rice |
