Harissa

Spice Mix, chili, coriander, cumin, garlic

Ingredients

- 20 dried red chilies, cleaned, seeded and soaked in warm water for about 30 min
- 2 heaped tbspoon coriander seeds
- 2 tbspoons cumin seeds
- 3 garlic cloves
- ½ cup olive oil

Directions

- dry-fry coriander and cumin seeds for 3-4 min, over high, stirring and tossing
- using food processor blend all ingredients until they form a smooth cream
