Ingredients- 1 lb lamb chops
marinade - 1/3 cup olive oil - 2 garlic cloves, crushed - 2 tbspoons mint, minced - 1 tbspoon black pepper corns - 1 small onion, chopped - 1/3 cup sherry - ½ teaspoon salt Directions- using food processor, blend well all marinade ingredients
- arrange lamb chops in platter, cover with marinade, cover with film or aluminum foil and refrigerate for several hours, or overnight - grill or BBQ chops, over high, until cooked, basting with marinade once or twice. Serve warm |
