Tomato-Cucumber-Onion Salad

Nice and refreshing

Delicious. I love vinegar, so this is awesome.

Ingredients

Tomato
Cucumber
Onion
White Vinegar (enough to cover all the ingredients in a bowl, could easily be two or three cups)
Salt
Pepper

Optional:
Sugar
Dill
Garlic

Directions

Break down all the foods into small pieces. Remove seeds from the tomato. Bite size pieces is the goal, but I like mine fairly chunky.

Mix all the ingredients together, and put them in a bowl, covering with vinegar.

Throw it in the back of the fridge. Wait at least 3-4 hours, but a day or two is better. Obviously this is well-suited for people who like the flavor of vinegar.
