Ingredients16 oz (2 cups) whole wheat pastry flour
8 oz (1 cup) plain non-fat yogurt 3/4 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt DirectionsSift flour, baking soda, & salt into large bowl
Add yogurt and mix with fork to dough texture Form into a ball with damp hands. Transfer into baking tin and form into round shape about 6 inches in diameter, 1.5 inches high. Cover with matching baking tin. Place in center of 400 F-degree oven for 40 minutes. After removing from oven, cover for 10 minutes, then remove from tins and let sit (covered) until cool. |
