Potato Onion DirectionsSlice potatoes thin, put a small amount oil in a pan, and fry up the potatoes until they are browned to your liking. Don't forget to salt.
Toss in broccoli and cook until the broccoli is nice and green. Add some pepper if you like. Throw in onion petals and cook until you're happy. Cooking this a bit lightly makes it easy to reheat for the day after, and is still reasonably delicious. Goes great with slow-roast beef. Could probably be turned into a soup the day after. |
