Ingredients- 2 avocados, peeled, pitted and cubed
- 1 garlic clove - 1 small, fresh, green chilli pepper - ½ cup chives, chopped - 1 cup coconut milk - 1 cup vegetable stock - ½ cup lain yogurt - 2 tbspoons lemon juice - salt and cayenne pepper to taste Directions- saving some chives to garnish, puree all ingredients using a food processor
- refrigerate, serve cold |
