Ingredients 1 lb pasta (fancy in shapes or sizes), cooked
- 3 tbspoons olive oil - 2 cloves garlic, chopped - 6 cups small zucchini, thinly sliced - Salt and black pepper to taste - 1 cup ricotta cheese, crumbled Directions- Heat oil in saucepan
- Add garlic and zucchini and sauté for 5-6 min, stirring - Sprinkle with salt and pepper and remove from heat - Fold in cheese and pour mixture over pasta; mix gently |
