Ingredients- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup grated tofu - 1 cup grated zucchini - 1 cup bread crumbs - 1 tbspoon wine vinegar - 1 tbspoon oil - 1 tbspoon dried basil or mint - Salt and black pepper to taste - Flour to dip them in, if you fry Directions- Mix all ingredients well
- Mold into burgers - Brush with oil if you grill, and grill until golden brown - Press them on flour and fry, over high at first until golden brown of each side, and then over low for about 3 min each side |
