Lamb chops BBQ or Grill

Lamb chops with honey and thyme sauce

2 hr marinade/ 15 min cooking / 2 servings

Ingredients

- 4-6 lamb chops
- sauce
- 3 tbspoons olive oil
- 3 tbspoons
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- ½ cup dry white wine
- 1 tbspoon soy sauce
- Salt and black pepper to taste

Directions

- Mix all sauce ingredients
- Marinade lamb chops in sauce for about 2 hours
- Remove chops from marinade and BBQ or grill
- Place sauce in saucepan, add ¼ cup water, and boil until reduced to half the volume.
- Pour sauce over cooked chops
