IngredientsMustard pork chops
- 4 thin pork chops - 2 tbspoons Dijon mustard - 4 tbspoons lemon or lime juice - ½ teaspoon ground coriander Directions- place pork chops on (preheated) broiling rack
- mix mustard, juice and coriander - brush top side of pork chops with sauce mixture and broil until golden brown - turn pork chops over, brush top side with sauce mixture and broil until done. Serve with steamed vegetables |
