Ingredients- 1 lb black beans, cooked in salty water
- 4 tbspoons olive oil - 2 garlic cloves, crushed - 1 small onion, chopped - 1 carrot shredded - ½ cup thinly sliced celery - 2 tbspoons minced coriander Directions- sauté onion and garlic until golden
- add carrot and celery, coriander, continue sautéing for a few min - add cooked black beans, toss and stir for 3-4 min |
