Ingredients- 2 lb meat cut into serving sized portions
- 3 lb potatoes, peeled, and cut into chunks - ½ cup oil - salt and pepper to taste - juice of one lemon - 1 cup water Directions- place all ingredients into a baking pan that has a lid
- cover with lid, and place in preheated oven (375) - bake for about 2 hours when meat is tender, remove lid and bake for a few more minutes until top of meat and potatoes golden brown |
