Ingredients- 1 lb mushrooms (preferably plevrotus) cleaned and sliced
- 2 dry bay leaves - Oregano or rosemary (fresh) - 4 tbspoons oil or margarine - 6 garlic cloves (edges cut off but skin on) - 2 small onions sliced into rings - 1 avocado cleaned and cut into strips - Salt and pepper to taste - Cooked brown rice (warm) Directions- Place mushrooms, bay leaves and oregano/rosemary in large saucepan and let simmer until all juices have evaporated
- Add remaining ingredients and stir fry until mushrooms golden brown Mix with cooked brown rice |
