Ingredients- one large fillet of fish
- sauce: - juice of two lemons - olive oil (one part olive oil to two parts lemon juice) - 1 tsp oregano - salt and pepper to taste Directions- grill (broil) fish fillet on top rack of oven; or BBQ
optional: if you are using oven, place underneath fish a baking pan, half way filled with water (this will contain the liquids dripping from the fish and will keep them from turnig into fumes). - grill (broil) until fish turns golden brown (both sides) - take fish out and place on plater - pour over sauce made by mixing well all sauce ingedients |
