Ingredients1 lb thin spaghetti
-1 can diced tomatos - 6 tbspoons olive oil - 1 tbspoon minced basil (fresh is always better) - 1 tbspoon minced parsley - 2 large onions diced - salt and pepper to taste - 1/2 cup warm water - fresshly grated parmesan cheese (otpional) Directions- place olive oil and onion in a small cooking pot
- saute for 4-5 minutes over medium heat - empty in pot diced tomatoes, stir - add basil, parsley, salt and pepper, stir - add water -cook until sauce is thick (10-15 minutes) - pour over cooked spaghetti (al dente) and mix thoroughly - let it stay for 4-5 minutes - after serving sprinkle with parmesan cheese |
