Chocolate Chip Cookies

This is one of the better chocolate chip cookie recipes I've tried. I got it from my friend's mom a few yers ago.

Ingredients

2 1/2 Cups Flour
1 Tsp Baking Soda
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Cup Butter or Margarine
1/2 Cup Shortening
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 1/2 Tsp Vanilla
2 Eggs
2 Cups Chocolate Chips

Directions

1. Pre-Heat Oven (375 F or 190.5 C)

2. Combine and Stir Flour, Baking Soda, and Salt.

3. Beat butter and shortening in an appropriate bowl.

4. Add sugars to bowl. Beat until fluffy.

5. Beat in vanilla and eggs.

6. Mix in dry ingredients.

7. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
