Ingredients- 1 lb hard feta cheese
- 4 tblspoons milk - 4 tblspoons olive oil - 4 tblspoons vinegar - 1/2 teaspoon hot chilli powder, or 1 pepper (wihtout stem and seeds), minced Directionsusing a food processor, blend all ingredients until creamy; if it is not as creamy add some more milk and continue blending until it gets creamy.
