Ingredients- 8-10 chicken drums
- 1 1/2 cup water - 1 cup soy sauce - 1 tblspoon thyme - 1 tblspoon sage - 1 tblspoon brown sugar note: no salt; soy sauce has plenty Directions- place chicken drums in baking pan where they fit flat next to each other.
- mix other ingredients and pour over chicken (liquid must cover most of chicken) - preheat oven to 375 and place pan with chicken in, at the lowest rack. - bake for about 1 hour. note: place over chicken a sheet of aluminum foil to protect top of chicken from overbaking. serve with rice or baked potato |
