Ingredients- 1 lb liver, thinly sliced
- 4 tblspoons olive oil - juice of half a lemon - 1 teaspoon oregano - salt & pepper to taste Directions- place oil in a small frying pan and heat up, on high temperature.
- add sliced liver and stir for about 3 minutes - add salt, pepper and oregano and continue stirring for another 2-3 minutes. - pour over lemon juice, turn stove down to medium and let cook for another 10 minutes serve over cooked rice |
