Ingredients- 1 head romaine lettuce (about 1 lb)
- 2 -3 green onions - 1 tblspoon fresh dill - 1 teaspoon dry oregano - 3 tblspoons olive oil - 3 tblspoons balsamico vinegar - salt to taste - 1 tblspoon flaxseeds Directions-remove base part of lettuce so that leaves (other than the core little leaves) come loose, and outer layer leaves because they are usually hard. Rinse well.
- cut thinly (less than half an inch width) and place in salad bowl. - add green onions sliced into thin wheels -add dill - mix remaining ingredients and pour over salad |
