Onions Piedough, onions and cheese40-50 minutes / 4-6 servingsan alternative pizza

Ingredients- 1 layer pizza crust (see link if you wish to make your own crust )
- 2 tblspoons olive oil - 1 lb green onions sliced thinly (including most of green parts) - 2 large onions, sliced in rings - 1/2 lb coarsely grated gouda cheese - 1 tblspoon minced dill - pepper to taste; very little salt because the cheese has salt already - flaxseeds Directionspre-bake pizza crust for 5-10 minutes, if not very thin
-in a frying pan, over high heat, sauté olive oil, dill, and all onions, until golden brown. - add gouda, salt and pepper and continue sauteing until cheese has melted. - spread mix over pre-baked crust, sprinkle with flaxseeds and bake for about 30 minutes or until top is golden brown. |
