Marrakesh

Set menus of typical North African foods, usually five satisfying courses, to be shared with table and eaten with bare hands. Excellent pastilla (a meat-stuffed pastry) comes with all the meals. A typical five course meal consists of: (1) a selection of a salads and marinated vegetables, (2) pastilla, (3) choice of meat (e.g., kebab, quail, etc.), (4) cous cous with harissa sauce and vegetables, and (5) fruit, nuts, baklava and mint tea.
