Maison Akira

Mr. Akira is of Japanese descent and went to French culinary school, which makes for very creative, well presented, and well executed fusion dishes. Cultural clash of ingredients and tastes that works out marvelously (e.g., Kobe beef with French red wine sauce served with wasabi mashed potatoes).. Food served either a la carte or in set menu with wine pairings. Call if you’re interested in a reasonably priced Sunday lunch / brunch buffet. Highly qualified service.
