Food / Service

Very similar to Chipotle with slightly more menu offerings.

The idea is that you build your own burrito (or burrito bowl, i.e. sans tortilla) or nachos plate by successively selecting a type of bean (pinto or black), a type of salsa, a type of meat, etc. with optional guacamole and cheese.

The result is very tasty.

Environment / Ambience

Definitely cleaner and more pleasant than an average fast food joint.. of course, no waitstaff - you order at the counter and bring your meal back to your table on a tray.
