Noah's BagelsBagels / Snacks / Breakfast / Coffee605 S. Lake Ave, Pasadena CA (map it!)Noah's is a chain bagel shop, somehow related to the "Einstein Brothers" bagel shops elsewhere in the country; I think the bagels are basically authentic, although certainly not authentic enough for New York bagel snobs.

Food / ServiceThey sell many variations on bagels; plain bagels, gourmet bagels, sweet bagels, bagel sandwiches, bagels with egg scrambles inside... you get the point.
I usually come here for breakfast or brunch, and get a bagel "Egg Mit", which is a bagel sandwich with a bit of scrambled egg inside. Environment / AmbienceInside it's not too much to look at; a bagel counter, cashier, and then a few tables crammed against the walls. Outside is the place to be.
Outside, there are plenty of benches and tables, both in the shade and out in the sunshine. It's busy around 7am weekdays, and around 9am, so at those times you may find it difficult to find a table, inside or out. |
