While Charlie's is not the place to go for a romantic evening of gourmet food, it's perfect for a casual beer and burger. It's also a pretty good place to escape the usual Harvard crowd without leaving the square. Trivia night on Sundays.

Food / Service

Charlie's food is fantastic in a greasy, heart-attack inducing kind of way. The service is pretty quick though not entirely welcoming. Appetizers and entrees for under $10.

Environment / Ambience

Charlie's is about as casual as you can get without going to a fast food restaurant. Although first time visitors may be put off by its dingy appearance, Charlie's is a respectable establishment. It can get pretty loud, especially when they have a live band, but it's usually not so bad that you can't hear the people next to you.
