Il CapoItalian / Argentinian / Tapas1001 E. Green St, Pasadena CA (map it!)This is a little known place on Green Street, with a nice variety of tapas and (I'm told) good sandwiches. I've only been there once, but will definitely be trying it again.

Food / ServiceThey have a large variety of tapas-style appetizers, including some really tasty empanadas. The main course dishes are mostly pastas and meat cuts (they also offer some tempting sounding steaks).
Environment / AmbienceIt's like a large, swanky Italian deli with a bunch of tables set inside. If you haven't been to such a place, I assure you it's not as weird as it sounds, and it actually feels quite cozy.
